Your Pinetown branch is absolutely useless..I was at home all day waiting for my package I didn't go to work I literally took a day off and you guys never called?! Never even phoned to tell me what's happening today I cancelled my plans then 5 minutes ago I get an email stating that I missed this delivery?! HOW??? I WAS AT HOME ALL DAY?! you wasted my time honestly I'm highly annoyed and disappointed worse still nobody answers the phone! Honestly disappointed
