Phone delivery failed.

Dear hellopeter community.

A month ago, I did an MTN phone contract application online and it was approved even the debicheck mandate so I was told the phone will be delivered within 2-4 working days by DSV couriers. A week went by without any communication from DSV couriers, and I then contacted them to track my parcel and was told it will delivered on a Thurday(13 June 2024). Thursday came and still nothing, I then tracked the parcel again and saw that the delivery failed so I again contacted and was told that the delivery failed because a wrong driver took my parcel so he sent it back to them. I rescheduled for another day wich was today(20 June 2024), I received an SMS from them in the morning which stated they will deliver today and I should have my documents with me(Id copy, proof of address and copy of MTN invoice). Now, it's in the afternoon and still nothing from them, when I check my parcel it says Delivery Failed. I have been sending them emails and calling them to no avail because I don't know the reason behind the delivery failing as I did not receive any call from them today other than that SMS they sent in the morning. This is so exhausting, please HELP!!!
