So regret moving from the known to the unknown

They state parcels will be picked up between 08h00 & 17h00.. I posted 19 parcels on the 6th. Wasn’t collected at 17h00 on the 6th only the next day at 17h00 You need to understand Latin to track the parcel.

What does company transfer mean?? No indication as to when the parcel will be delivered!

Send them a mail? You’re wasting your time, they don’t respond! Try calling them, even worse

Their call centre is obviously so busy with complaints they cant take more calls

Once bitten, twice shy..I’d rather pay double to TCG knowing where you stand
