Pathetic unprofessional service from DSV
I cannot believe the lack of professionalism from the DSV call center. Apart from struggling to get hold of them, the operators laugh and make so much noise in the background that you cannot hear the one you are talking too. The operator that I spoke to was extremely unprofessional and I had to wait 10 min before she came back to me with a potential delivery date. I cannot believe they are still being used with such a pathetic service.
