Pathetic Services
DSV are bunch of unprofessional *****, the worst courier service out there. I called them yesterday to query about the delivery of my card (a card I ordered almost 2 weeks ago) and they told me the card would be delivered between 14:00 and 16:00, cancelled my appointments and waited for them. Not only did they not come they did not even bother to communicate with me. When I called them this morning they had the audacity to tell me that I missed my appointment - SMH.
They put in another request for a delivery this morning, meaning I have to wait another 3-7 working days. PATHETIC!!! Maybe I should just cancel my services with FNB and move to a different bank who use competent service providers.
