Pathetic Service Received.

Absolute pathetic service.

Bought online from a supplier and he used this option for courier and14 days have passed and still my package has not been delivered. They advised that they dont know where my package is and only located it yesterday and the package was breached with an item missing from the original package. No response received from emails, Someone by the name of intumeleng responded once or twice but after more than a week since my last email have received no correspondence from them. Since finding my parcel yesterday they advised the supplier that IF they have a delivery van available it will be delivered today. If you ask me this is possibly the worse service I've received from a courier company.
