PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!! I was expecting my MTN delivery on 3/2/2024
PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!! I was expecting my MTN delivery on 3/2/2024. I called DSV to make arrangements for 5pm and the agent assured me he will pass the message on to the driver. I waited till 6.45PMand no delivery . I had an appointment at 7PM wich I went to then received a sms from DSV at 7.04PM and had to cancel my appointment to rush back home . Well I rushed home for nothing because this useless company did not pitch up!!!!!No decency whatsoever to notify a client that they cannot make it!!!!! I AM EXTREMELY ANGRY AND ****ED OFF WITH THIS PATHETIC SERVICE FROM DSV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
