Pathetic service from DSV Mounties!!!

Horrible service from DSV Mounties and DSV Global! Its lies upon lies! Its either the stuff doesn't know what they are doing or the company just doesn't care!!! I have been waiting for delivery of my MTN handset. I upgraded on 6 January and was told I should expect delivery within 3 working days. When I didn't hear from anyone after the 3 days had elapsed, I called MTN who gave me DSV contact number. I have been calling this company everyday since to follow up on the status of my delivery and everyday they have a different excuse! They have not bothered to contact me, or sms me to arrange delivery. They tell me things like they will contact me tomorrow or they cant get hold of me yet I don't even have trace of a phone call from this company. I gave them my cellphone number and my work number. Its been over 2 weeks now and I might as well cancel this upgrade with MTN! I really don't have time to play stupid games during these stressful times, I have many other things to worry about!! Nxa!!!
