Pathetic service from dsv

I am so disgusted with the service of DSV, it was suppose to deliver a parcel, on behalf of courier pharmacy but it has not done so, I received a message on the 13th Dec 2023 that my mom's parcel would be delivered and I called her later in the afternoon to ask if it was delivered because I usually get called when the driver is close to my home. I decided to track the parcel on the 18th Dec and found that it was delivered to a person who I'm not fami**** with meaning it was delivered to the wrong person and house, that's if it was delivered, as no one hooted at my gate nor was I called to let us know that they were outside to deliver. I contacted them via email and they said they would escalate the matter to their superiors til today. My mom is without her medication and they are giving the courier pharmacy the run around. So PATHETIC.
