Pathetic service from DSV

I sent a parcel on 2 October 2023 from Riversdale which was supposed to go to Swellendam. I made an inquiry on 4 October 2023 and was informed that it should be delivered on Thursday or Friday. Today I hear it is somewhere in Cape Town and they can’t find ** Lind Street Swellendam in Cape Town. That is because Swellendam is not in Cape Town. It is a town located on the N2. The postal code is 6740 and was indicated as such on the form. It is important documents that were supposed to be in Swellendam already.

It is the second time that I received poor service from DSV and at this point, I will likely not make use of your service again. Please locate my parcel and sort out the problem urgently.
