Pathetic service
The service of DSV is pathetic!! My parcels was collected on the 14th of December ( I have proof) on route too Cape Town. The parcels were never uploaded on the system to trace. If I try and follow up after holding for a long time the response in writing was, that it would be delivered on 21/12/2020. Today 22/12/2020 I spoke to a lady that said according to her the parcels are still in Polokwane. Who do I believe and why is my parcel taking this long to arrive in Cape Town ? Even online help do not answer me.
