Pathetic service!!!!!!

pathetic pathetic service from DSV. My parcel was collected from Standard Bank WEEKS ago!!! But still not delivered to me!!!!!!! Tracking number: SB2603/03918.

I need my parcel delivered urgently!!!! Call me on ***. I tried calling *** but the operator puts you on hold forever! This is the worst courier company i have ever dealt with. Drivers/call centre agents have called to arrange delivery but never deliver! Very unprofessional service
