Pathetic Service

My child received a phone call from this company on 12 May stating that he had a delivery from UKZN. He was told to fetch it from a library and that the driver would call an hour before he gets to the library on 13 May. I took time off work so that I am home the next day to take my child. The next day we didn't hear from them-around 2 pm I called them and was told that the driver is in Mariannhill but will definitely call as he stops delivery only at 5. To date we haven't heard from this company-we have called several times but it just rings and then cuts off. My husband even went to the DSV in Westmead and was told that they need a tracking number-which was not given to my child. What kind of company is this? why are they allowed to even operate?
