Pathetic service at DSV Road Couriers

This is the most pathetic courier service!!! Ive been waiting for 2 weeks for my Mtn Sim card to be delivered, i receive calls and smses to say parcel will be delivered between 09h00 and 11h00 each day but still i have not received anything. When i track my parcel it states that delivery failed although my adress have been confirmed numerous times. Directions on waybil states to phone me when they are not able to find the adress, but i have not received any calls! The delivery adress is in the only main road in a very small town and also the only supermarket here, so how can adress not be found??? Im paying fror a service im not able to use because of a courier service that cant perform!! I will never recommend their service to anyone.
