Pathetic service and communication from DSV
I have been waiting for a small parcel since Friday the 23rd of February as when I tracked it on that day, it was out for delivery. Today is the 28th and I haven't heard anything from them. I had to call everyday on their 0861 number to get someone to tell me that it was out for delivery on the same day I phoned... But nothing came so far. I thought DSV was a proper courier service but it looks like I was wrong...
