Pathetic service again

Never on time. No care for the receivers of their parcel. They are useless when it comes to customer care. No replies to issues. They deliver chronic medication late without advising the receiver they will be late and no decency to make alternate arrangements.A joke of a company to deal with. How do they operate with pathetic service. This year's of ****py delivery almost every month. Why have an instruction option when you don't use it.
