Pathetic service

You can only get in contact with DSV on the *** number, but they do not have answers to assist and when you ask for the local numbers there is no answer. My parcel delivery date and time has passed the delivery time and there is no correspondence to alert the receiver of this. I do understand that there could be hold ups etc but at least inform the person of this. Hours have gone by while i wait. This is not the first, second or third incident with DSV. They continue this **** service.
