PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!
I have been called to schedule delivery today and even received a message saying the delivery will be done today latest 3pm. Till now I have not received any package.
Your Durban number *** rings and rings and then the call gets declined. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT? Why can't you stick to the agreed date and time for delivery that was confirmed by you. This is really pathetic and unacceptable. Some of us move around, we don't have time to be situated in one place waiting for the mighty DSV to deliver when it suits them. You have caused me a great deal of inconvenience.
