Pathetic Service

The worst company to use - never again On the 14th of October 2019 a parcel was sent to me from Durban to Johannesburg On tracking the parcel was loaded and out for delivery on the 16th of October 2019. This was the last update on the tracking.

No communication from DSV to advise me the client that their vehicle was hijacked, I had to call in and then only advised of the incident I was advised that claim forms will be sent and I needed to provide proof of purchase of what was in the box

No forms where sent until I followed up and spoken to the supervisor

After completing the forms, and attaching slips, I was advised to wait 30 days for the claim to be processed by the insurers

Today I receive an email from the supervisor that DSV only takes liability for R 250 and not the full amount. The total amount of the goods where R 1850

Utterly disgusted with the service and will never use again

Good day Pereesha,

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. The package went missing after the vehicle in which it was being transported was hijacked.

However, we point out that the terms and conditions, visible on the PAK, clearly state that DSV covers each package to a value of R250-00. Each customer acknowledges this when the PAK is processed for delivery.

Kind Regards,
DSV Management
