PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!
My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 27th September and today is the 3rd of October and I still have not received anything. When tracking the parcel it’s always out for delivery all to be sent back to the branch again by the end of day.
What do I need to do to get my parcel because every single day I’m told by an agent that it’s out for delivery but it never gets delivered. This is the worst service I’ve ever received from a courier company. I need my parcel ASAP!
