Pathetic service

Had a parcel that was scheduled to be delivered on Monday 08/07/2024 between 8am and 10am. The driver was meant to contact me 30min before delivery but he did not. He arrived at 10:30am and I was not home, I requested him to come back later that day but he did not. I then called to request to deliver another day. It was then scheduled for Wednesday 10/07/2024 between 8am and 11am. At 1:30pm still no delivery. I called in to find out what's going on and was advised that the delivery failed again. I was not informed anything, no one called me. This is very unprofessional. I was then told that delivery will be made between 5pm and 7pm. So now I will have to wait after hours at my workplace for delivery. It seems like I am not the only one who has been through this. Pathetic service. Don't know MTN still uses such *********** courier providers.
