Pathetic service

I am a UNISA student - Working full time may I add - meaning When I am promised my goods I expect them to be delivered on time. UNISA promises delivery for 7-10 days. My package was dispatched on the 21st of JAN already, When I phoned to ask about it and complain I was dealing with a Claudia, and with Nthabiseng. Nthabiseng has e mailed me on the 26th PROMISING delivery for the next day, 4 o clock, 5 o clock in the afternoon comes, and nothing. When I followed up - They FINALLY said it would be the next day. I had e mailed to complain and gotten no response - I said if they did not deliver as promised I would put them on hello peter. Well obviously you know what happened. I phoned again today and Shileen, a supervisor, said the stuff is still sitting on the floor and cannot give me a date when I will get it. You are messing with my future and putting stress in my life that is not needed. The service from you is pathetic! I have NEVER dealt with people so ***********. I suggest you prioritise better, because your getting a bad name - I now know for a fact i will never use you for personal or business use, because you quite frankly don't care about service.
