Pathetic Service

I ordered my Christmas gifts from takealot last week. Because of the size of my gift it was sent to uti for delivery. These goods were with you since the 21st of December. I have called numerous times. Yesterday a lady told mr it was going to be delivered yesterday when I called again to check it was still in the cage and for no reason. So today is Christmas. My daughters 1st Christmas and she has no gift! I was told that my parcel will be delivered on Monday? It won't be Christmas on Monday. You have ruined this day for us as first time parents! I want an explanation and some sort of compensation for you ruining a very special day!
