Pathetic service

I ordered a mtn sim card on the 15 september 2023. Dsv is suppose to come deliver the sim card. The first time they just pitch up at premises without calling first and i was gone out. The second time they come the device had a technical issue and cant process the delivery. The third and fourth time the guy do not phone and pitch up at 16:30. The delivery was suppose to be between 14:00 and 16:00. This is really unacceptable service. I cant be waiting so long for something that suppose to have been delivered long ago. I have to now cancel the sim because DSV is pathetic.
