Pathetic Service

I ordered two items from Takealot last week.Yesterday UTi (Pinetown Branch) only delivered one item. When I called them to check where the other item was,they said they were unsure. Even though I supp**** them with a tracking number they could not tell me which driver had it or where it was. <br> <br> The delivery assistant whose name is Lungelo, cut the call on me twice and never bothered to call back (even when I provided him my contact details). When I called back the third time, another assistant by the name of Simphwe apologised and promised that they will find my item and deliver it the next day between 8-9am. As I type this the time is 9:04. Whats sad is the Distribution branch is in the same area I work which is Pinetown. <br> <br> This morning I called to speak to a manager, I waited for 7 mins on line...only to be told that no manager is answering their phone. The receptionist said the manager will contact me....I am still waiting for assistance. <br> <br> Pathetic Customer Service!!!!
