Pathetic service
This Is probably the worst courier company I've ever dealt with. They phone you and make an appointment, remind you multiple times to have the right documentation and even sms you that the product will be delivered and then simply never arrives. No phone calls or explanations. Not just once, but FOUR times. I've cancelled sales with MTN on account of DSV, not that they care about their clients losses. If the call centre staff can't deal with a client they simply drop the call.
