pathetic service

Im absolutely livid by the lack of service this company has done, ive been in constant comunication with the supervisor who has promised to call me in order for me to get my study material since 02/02/2015 and i still havent heard a word from him, ive never had to stress about my unisa study material until they signed with this company which is worse than the post office strike, i expect my package to be delivered on time.
