Pathetic, driver stole my package

DO NOT USE... As sickening as the situation is, I feel I have to inform everyone about DSV Logistics. Just so no one makes the same mistakes I have, by using them.

I have had a work laptop collected on 25th April by dsv an meant to be delivered to me the next day, it took numerous calls an attempts to get in touch with them. Weeks after, only to find out that the laptop has being ****** by one of the drivers which DSV Logistics referred to as missing. They have fired the driver from what I've being told and then I asked to contact the Head of Customer Service in Cape Town. The female I spoke to was really unprofessional and how a person of that standard got such a high position. She was useless in assisting me with anything and basically just said that there is nothing they can do and that indirectly it's not their problem.

How can a courier company driver ***** a laptop and then they state its not their problem?

DSV Logistics should not be used as they are pathetic. I want a claim opened and I want either my laptop or the funds reimbursed.
