PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
PATHETIC customer service, spoke to 12 people and not one could help me regarding my delayed card delivery. I keep getting transferred and at each person I must recite my ID number. Management is busy, or the staff are scared to transfer me. I would give this zero stars if I could. No one there knows what is going on and I am surprised they can actually run a business this way.
