Pathetic courier company
My husband has been waiting almost 2 weeks for delivery of his new phone from MTN. DSV communicated that they had the device and then just never called again to set up delivery. Then he finally received communication that they would deliver on Thursday and at about 6pm got a message saying that it was with the driver. Still waiting. Have emailed, tried to call and left messages with the Durban reception.

29 Aug 2022, 14:11Hi DSV management. This is still an ongoing issue.
We finally resolved the phone number issue and my husband was able to sort out a delivery date which was meant to be last week Thursday between 3 and 5pm. He rescheduled his work day to be home and waited. We went out for dinner at 6pm due to no power at in our area and low and behold the courier arrived at just before 7pm! We asked the guy to come back the next day as no one was home. We spoke to the courier person the next day and were told that the phone was now back at the distribution centre. I've spoken to a manager at the Durban distribution office and he said someone would be in touch with me which they were but told me they would call me back as they couldn't locate the parcel!!
Still waiting... This is now going on 3 weeks of DSV being in possession of the parcel and no resolve or new delivery date.
