PATHETIC
They collected a parcel from me on the 15th of Feb. When I track it says "unloaded at DSV branch" on the 16th! The "supervisor" at the depot never answers his phone. I know this because I've tried calling him in the past because we often have issues with the Nelspruit branch,. I honestly don't know what his job is. Pathetic service really. The only way we get a quick response is if we complain on this platform.
