Pathetic and useless courier company, stay away!!!!
This is the worst courier company ever. I have been battling to receive my FNB card since the 23rd November 2020, and twice now I received a message from FNB stating that I missed the delivery and I was at home waiting for my card. DSV has *********** staff and should actually close down, a reputable bank like FNB should not be using their services for clients as this will paint FNB in a bad light. they don't even deserve 1 star for their pathetic service.
