Parcels Not Delivered
<p>What a disaster!<br /><br />We operate as a distribution point for UTI/DSV. We send off at least 10 parcels daily. I took it upon myself to have some of my own parcels sent through UTI/DSV and that was the biggest mistake I have ever made.<br /><br />PARCEL 1 - Collected on Monday 6 February. Today is Friday 10 February. The parcel is still not delivered. THIS IS UTI/DSV's IDEA OF AN OVERNIGHT SERVICE!<br /><br />PARCEL 2 - Collected on Thursday 9 February. Today is Friday 10 February. The parcel is still not deliverd. THIS IS UTI/DSV's IDEA OF AN OVERNIGHT SERVICE!<br /><br />Needless to say, I have NOT FREAKING idea how I am going to try an convince my customers to use this courier service?! In the future, I will be sending everything throught Postnet.<br /><br />If UTI/DSV wants to keep us as a distribution parcel delivery point, you will call me tonight/tomorrow to arrange for a SATURDAY delivery.<br /><br />Marcel Gerber</p>
DSV Called Me On MONDAY.
The parcel was delivered on Saturday, but only beause I called, emailed and threatened everyone like an insane person.
I am glad someone got in touch with us, but the fact that DSV was suffering from a Malware attack and nobody told us parcels would be delayed is inexcusable.
I will change my review slightly, but only because Iow have a contact person.
