Parcel still not left depot no one can explain anything. unprofessional service

I ordered my cellphone device from MTN. I was told the order will be delivered on Friday. Then i was called and told it will be delivered on Monday. Monday came nothing happened, no parcel. The delivery guy did not even call. I tried contacting them the following day for about 7 times to track my delivery only to find that it has not left the depot. i then asked to fetch it myself i was sent from pillar to post. This is inconveniencing and worst service experienced days later. very unprofessional. i was told the delivery is not even scheduled for delivery even tomorrow. something must be done . such pathetic experience.
