Parcel says delivery failed. Please deliver my package. ☹️☹️

I would give a negative star if I could. For goodness sake what kinda delivery service is this? My parcel was sent from Johannesburg and I have been tracking the parcel every single day.. Now it all of a sudden says "Delivery failed and reason is insufficient time" after getting to Cape town. I have been calling customer care for up to an hour and still lm hold, no one picks the call.... For heaven's sake, it's the first time I am using this service and it's the worst service ever, clients are waiting for their package, why is your service so poor. I can't even reach anyone...
