Parcel missing no proper feedback from UTI/PostNet

on the 4 January 2016, I dropped two parcels with Postnet in Pinelands. The one was a box with shoes and the other a bag with my clothes. when I was not receiving my parcels I enquired with them and appearantly my parcels were sent and there was a mix up at UTI which I am assuming is their contracting agent. There is a gentleman by the name of Thulani, whom every time I call UTI appearantly is doing the investigation and following up on my case to date I have not received a response. I am frustrated, because the parcel with my clothes is the one that is missing, I received the parcel with my shoes. I am quite disappointed with UTI, after numerous attempts and follow up on my side I am not getting proper feedback of where my parcel is. all they tell me its under investigation yet, they had indicated that it takes 4 days for their investigation to be completed.
