Parcel missing , DSV have no idea where it is, pathetic service

I had a parcel due for delivery from DSV, on the day of delivery I received a message saying the delivery vehicle broke down and that was the last message I received from them. I called after a week or so to inquire about my parcel & they could not explain anything on what could have happened to the parcel. At the moment this seems to be moving from department to department without any resolution. They don't even contact me, I have to contact them all the time to find out what is happening. They even had the audacity to ask me what the parcel was, I am lost for words from the pathetic service I have been receiving from them. The last response I got was that the issue was being sent to risk (CCTV) department for investigation, at this point I even wonder if I will ever get this parcel.

Hi DSV, your reply does not make any of this better at all. I was contacted on the 19th of July but the person that contacted me offered on assistance. She just told me they are waiting for CCTV and to question the driver. Till this day I have no idea if the driver was questioned or what info he provided. The last information I got this morning was appalling, I could not believe someone with a thinking capacity could send an attachment with someone else details & delivery address to ask if that was my parcel, that was shocking, even the sender is not the same as the company sending me the parcel. My parcel is from Wesbank, the parcel on the attachment is from Pepsi. At this point it looks like my only option is exposing this appalling service on social media, maybe that might help. If anyone at DSV is interested on reading the emails that I have received, they should contact Margaret who does not even care to spell my name correctly that's displayed on every email I have sent and even after I asked her to spell it correctly.
