Parcel late by 2 days.

I placed an order on Kalahari and the parcel was dispatched on 13/04/2014 for delivery the next day on 14/04/2015. This did not happen. I called UTI and was told the parcel would definitely be delivered on 15/04/2015 before 18:00. No delivery. Called again today and I was advised that the parcel was loaded in the wrong truck for the wrong route and it will be delivered today before 10:00. Can I believe this information given to me? Is it just another empty promise? <br> <br> Delivering parcels is your business, it is what you do. What is so difficult? Surely you don't have to be a genius to load a parcel into a van and deliver it on time? My parcel is 2 days late.<br> <br> I need you to have my parcel delivered to me today.
