Parcel just remains in the locker not moved for Days
HI, i dropped off my parcel - PAK5D***8 on Thursday, its now Tuesday and when i track the parcel its still there uncollected.
please advice and escalate, as i paid money for this service and not to have my goods sit in a Box for days
