Parcel delivery
I am struggling for more than two weeks to get a parcel from.MTN delivered. Only feedback I receive when I call them is either the parcel will be delivered the next day or they could not contact me. Nobody is trying to contact me, I am at the delivery address for the past two weeks, no courier had show up with my parcel. If you fo not get me on my phone, why do you not go to the delivery address, why would i choose the address if i will not be there to receive the parcel. This is the worst service ever.
