Parcel almost a month delayd

<p>Iv'e been waiting for my UNISA study material since the beginning of the month.</p> <p>I tracked my parcel and it is at the Vanderbijl park branch since 16 Jan 2017.</p> <p>Tried phoning them to arrange collection, but nobody ever answers the phone.</p> <p>I sent one of our reps there and the security told him there is no one there, thus he can't help him. </p> <p>I think UNISA should consider using other courier services.</p>
