parcel

I ordered microwave from takealot on the 7th October and received email that my parcel will be delivered on the 13th October and I will also receive sms notification. I called takelot on the the 13th afternoon cause I didn't get sms from the courier, the lady assisted me from takealot send email notifing me that she spoke with Bongane who promised that the parcel will be delivered the very same day and she also updated my contact details to the couurier which was the 13th, but there were no delivery and no sms. I called again on the 14th and I was promised that the parcel will be delivered and was not delivered. I called takelot again on the 15th, the lady promised to call me back because she couldn't get hold of the courier, 20 minutes later I got a call from the courier Bongane, he claimed that the driver couldn't get the address and they only received my contact details on the 15th, he then ask me to confirm my address which I did. He then told me they will only deliver on Friday, I then ask him why Friday because there will be no one at the address, he then asked me where will I be I told him at work, he then ask for my work address which I did
