Package not delivered for second week

If I could have zero star rating I would. I ordered a bank card from FNB 2 weeks ago and DSV is the delivery service. They didn’t come the first time so I rescheduled. When they didn’t come the second time I wrote an email and was called to say the driver said he came but no one was home when I was home the whole day. Then they said it would come today between 8am-11am, I tried calling the number they called me on and it says number does not exist. It’s now past noon and still no delivery. I am extremely disappointed with this service, especially since this a personal item and FNB should think about changing their delivery service. I will now have to go to FNB and order a new card to be delivered to the bank branch which will cost me R200, which honestly DSV should pay for since they couldn’t delivery the one I ordered. The person I dealt with at DSV was Bridget Mabuti.
