Package not delivered and then lost

Do not use their service its terrible! I bought a black Friday special on the 28th of November 2019. It was supposed to be delivered before we left on holiday which did not happen. The package was out for delivery without informing me that it will be delivered so I did not arrange with my security. It was then send back to DSVs warehouse of which I was also not informed. I phoned to find out where my package was and they informed me its back in the warehouse. At that point I changed the adress to where I am on holiday and was informed it will be delivered within 4 days. Needless to say it passed and I had to phone again. They kept on moving the delivery date on and promised to phone me back which didnt happen once. I phoned 5 times. 2 days ago which is already a month past the purchase date I phoned again and they informed me the package cant be found and they will investigate and keep me informed. Again no phonecall and its already 2 days again. This is unacceptable please if you want a package delivered do not make use of this service. I am not even sure if I will receive anything. Terrible terrible terrible and awful client service to top it of.
