Overnight Express..?

<p>I sent a package with UTI/DSV overnight from Cape Town to Pretoria. I ensured all the details were correct and that the address was correct. The last update to the package trace was at 18:40 in the evening the package has been loaded onto the aircraft for delivery to the branch.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned them the next day only be told that they will look and see if they can locate the package.<br /><br />It is now after 15:20 the following day and still waiting for any feedback regarding the location of my package.<br /><br />I pay overnight express charges for that exact service, not for them to lose my package which I can do for free.</p>
