Our orders are hardly ever collected and delivered on time
Our orders are hardly ever collected and delivered on time. Some of the staff are friendly and helpful while others are rude and unhelpful. As the customer we pay for a service and this includes having our orders delivered to us, yet we find ourselves having to collect our orders at DSV Nelspruit at our own cost. We want to remain with DSV but it would be appreciated of the service delivery could improve
