Our company closed down Uti now Dsv

Dear Peter I ve been working for UTI company for about 10yrs so the company closed down and we were moved to DSv services so I just want to know if are we not going loose our monies for all these years??they we're not suppose to give us our monies and start afresh with Dsv??
