Order not delivered as promised

I am extremely dissatisfied with DSV and their lack of empathy. My MTN order was scheduled to be delivered yesterday late afternoon and it never showed up. I called in just before 5pm to still check if my order is still on its way and they couldn't get a hold of the driver. I called in again this morning and spoke to a man who was more concerned about my temper rather than having empathy and understanding my frustration. The next available schedule they could give me is tomorrow. DSV has no respect for people's time my order can only be released to me so it's yet more time I have to spend re arranging my day yet again so that I can be home yet again. I asked what is the guarantee that I have my side that the driver will deliver tomorrow. He failed to keep time yesterday why will he keep time tomorrow? I got a Have a good day response. I've emailed MTN and told them to kindly prepare for me to ask for a refund if my parcel is not in tomorrow i will not beg to have what I already paid for delivered to me and judging by the reviews I've read about DSV this seems to be a norm to them.
