Order MTN Router R289 and there finger print method fails
I Have place order for mtn home internet router last week after they took almost R300.00 there finger print wont work and the courier guy said have done with manual today i call mtn all what they do put from one agent to another and another and nothing no one want to help me neither DSV or MTN they took my money now they wont help me after took my money

06 Aug 2024, 16:11Thx for reply but doesnt help me much you have still my parcel and refuse to sent me you have 24 hours from now on to get approvel from this bs mtn or i will make ***** case against you and mtn for refusal to gave my parcel dead line is 16:09 i will take more steps to recover my parcel or my money

06 Aug 2024, 17:22Doesnt help to call mtn they put me to one to another agent or bunch of robo voices and after i was on the phone likely was free call after 30 mins i got nothing they stole my money and completely refuse to gave my router what horrible service i think the consumer affairs have investigate these practices they are quick took the money today is 1 one week and still nothing they said on email in two days already friday saturday sunday monday tuedays already 5 days and still nothjng never do any biz they have finger print system what is completely failure i will write if off for lost of money basicly throw in the toilet R295.03 also they have ban these isps what want upfront cost they can just sent the router and you have make a payment before they switch the internet on they can sent payment link at the day when you got the router is brain dead idea to demand upfront money im not in the mood to go to the police.
Lesson in this episode never do biz with mtn or DSV they are completely useless and when your fringer prints fail they wont go back to you already 5 day tomottow is 6 days and on friday will be 8 so horrible be very care-full to deal with them also make sure your finger up to date at home affairs mine isnt
