Not taking calls, R200 wasted holding
Spent over R200 on calls to your company over the corse of yesterday and today, still no problem resolution infact I got through to one person who was willing to help me but call dropped. So here I am R2000 parcel laying in distribution supposedly, been over a week for delivery of the item.
I guess logistics companies get paid to maybe send parcels or to send them at their leisure, maybe we will answer calls maybe we won't.
Sit here waiting because I'm not willing to spend any more money on this company or trying to get my parcel from them.
Do not recommend this service to anyone.
Mainly due to the fact that no one will help me track my parcel.
